A Registered partners automatically gain access to the sub-affiliate feature. This program lets you earn an additional 5% reward based on the rewards earned by partners you refer (your sub-affiliates). ・This 5% is paid separately by us on top; it is not deducted from your sub-affiliate's own reward. ・The 5% rate is the same regardless of your sub-affiliate's reward model (RS or CPA). ・To recruit sub-affiliates, you need a dedicated sub-affiliate link, separate from your regular partner referral link. ・This applies to two tiers only (referrals made by your sub-affiliates are not eligible). ・The same payment cycle and minimum payout that apply to regular partner rewards also apply to sub-affiliate rewards. ・If a sub-affiliate violates our terms, your reward may be reduced or forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. ・Self-referrals and registrations using duplicate accounts are prohibited (see the terms for details). ・This program applies to new registrations only and is not applied retroactively to existing referral relationships.

A All taxes, social security contributions, and other public levies related to partner rewards are the partner's sole responsibility. We do not perform any tax processing, including withholding. To determine whether you need to file a tax return, please consult a qualified tax advisor or the tax authority in your country of residence.

A Screening and verification may be carried out. Your advertising claims and referral methods must comply with our guidelines, and participation may be restricted if fraudulent or inappropriate referrals are found. We may request disclosure of your traffic sources; if you refuse without a valid reason, you may be subject to payment suspension, reward forfeiture, and contract termination.
